CARKEE DELIVERY POLICY

Carkee provides services to users to whole of Malaysia. Our Delivery Policy helps explain our Delivery practices.
When we say “Carkee,” “our,” “we,” or “us,” we’re talking about Carkee and/or Carkee Automative Sdn Bhd. This Delivery Policy (“Delivery Policy”) applies to all apps, services, features, software, and websites (together, hereinafter referred to as “Services”) unless specified otherwise.
Introduction
Thank you for visiting and shopping at our website (carkee.my). We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by courier service. However, please note that no deliveries will be done on Malaysian public holidays.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in accordance to your chosen mechanic address or car workshop address as listed in our website. Any shipments outside of Malaysia are not available at this time. We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. In the event, you would like us to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique delivery address.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of delivery, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, delivery of orders may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event, there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order in accordance to your selected time and date slots with our partnered mechanics or car workshops as listed in our website. Business day means Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Costs
The shipping and delivery costs will be covered and paid for by us.
Damaged Items In During Delivery Process
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, you and/or your chosen mechanic or car workshop may email us immediately at cs@carkee.my. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Updates To Our Policy
We may amend or update our Delivery Policy. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Delivery Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Delivery Policy. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our Delivery Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Delivery Policy, as amended, you must stop using our Services. Please review our Delivery Policy from time to time.
