CARKEE - RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Please note that under this Return policy, Customers are only allowed to return item(s) for exchange of other items sold on carkee.my.
This Return Policy does not allow the Customer to qualify for a refund of the item(s) purchased by the Customer.
In order for the customer to qualify under this return policy, the customer’s order must fulfil at least one of the conditions below:
i. Item(s) delivered to workshop is not in accordance to receipt / invoice of customer;
ii. Item(s) with broken security seal ; and
iii. Upon inspection of item(s) purchased by the Customer, prior to installation, item(s) purchased by the Customer are severely damaged. (Please refer to guidelines below regarding the definition of severe damaged goods below);
Please note that in the event, the customer at his / her sole discretion chooses item(s) not recommended by carkee.my, the customer shall not be able to return those item(s) under this return policy.
In the event, the Customer chooses to engage this return policy, the customer must do so fourteen (14) days from the date of the Customer’s appointment with the Third-Party Service provider, failing which the Customer shall not be allowed to use and rely on this return policy.
How to Identify the Return Policy of the Item(s) Purchased by the Customer
On the selected item product page, the Customer may click on “(i)” to view the return policies attached to that particular item.
CARKEE CANCELLATION POLICY
A. In the event, the Purchaser / Customer chooses to cancel his or her order in accordance to the reasons allowed for such cancellation. The Purchaser / Customer must initiate cancellation of item(s) purchased within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing item(s). In the event, the Purchaser / Customer cancels his/her order(s) within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing item(s), the Purchaser / Customer shall incur cancellation charges of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Five Only (RM25.00). The Customer / Purchaser expressly agrees to be bound by this cancellation policy.
B. In the event, the Purchaser / Customer initiates a cancellation of item(s) purchased in accordance to the reasons allowed for such cancellation twenty-four (24) hours after the said purchase, cancellation charges of ten percent (10%) of the total purchased item(s) or invoiced amount or checkout amount, wherein the minimum cancellation charge of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty Only (RM50.00) will be charged to the Purchaser / Customer. The Customer / Purchaser expressly agrees to be bound by this cancellation policy.
C. The reasons of cancellation acceptable to qualify under this cancellation policy are strictly as follows:
Item(s) purchased are not suitable for purchaser’s vehicle based on the purchaser’s chosen vehicle’s make and model as predefined in www.carkee.my;
The Customer has a change of mind regarding the Customer’s purchase; and
Undelivered item(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.
D. Upon initiating the cancellation process through www.carkee.my, the customer shall receive the amount paid by the customer after deducting the cancellation charges in accordance to the Carkee cancellation policy.
CARKEE REFUND POLICY
Kindly take note that the processing time of the Customer’s refund will depend on the type of refund and payment method used by the Customer.
Refund Method
There are two (2) types of refund available on Carkee. Carkee will process your refund according to the following refund process:
A. Refunds from Cancelled Orders
The Refund is automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed after deducting the cancellation charges.
B. Refunds for Failed Deliveries
The Refund process will be initiated once the item(s) is received by the Carkee warehouse. Kindly take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your chosen vehicle workshop.
